My Hemp bracelets are sturdy, strong and reinforced on the end knots with a tab of glue to ensure the bracelets will last for a long time. You can wear them in the shower to loosen the hemp fibers.

I *suggest* adding about 1 inch to the actual size of your wrist for a hemp bracelet to fit correctly.
